Breeder of top-quality KWPN and AWS Sporthorses
In association with Sandspur Ranch Sporthorses, Sandra Lindenberg will be instructing and training in dressage, show jumping, and hunter, show coaching, camps, etc., and clinics at our facility or yours. She will also provide domestic sales assistance and imports can be arranged.
"Sandspur Ranch Sporthorses aims to produce elite horses that will excel in dressage, three-day eventing, show jumping, and as hunter-jumpers. Dutch and other European warmblood types as well as American warmbloods and crosses will be bred here, or acquired by us for our students and other interested persons. As we know, the horse is only half of the equation; therefore we emphasize teaching correct classical principals to the rider with Sandra Lindenberg.
Sandspur Ranch maintains a small, family-like atmosphere, as neat and safe as we can keep it, for riders and horses alike. There is ample parking space for trailers and RVs, for those who want a condensed, intensive clinic/camp and wish to remain on-site, and plenty of ride-out area for those who desire a quiet hack after or in lieu of a lesson. We have a beginning cross-country course in progress, and are attempting to keep it fun for kids of all ages as well as the serious competitor. We have a full-sized dressage arena with lights, and in the near future we plan to cover it to allow for all-weather/season riding and training. Special requests will be accomodated as much as possible.
Trips with Carol and interested persons to overseas or other U. S. locations to "horse shop" can be arranged. Let us know what you want and we will help you find it, or we will help develop you and your current equine partner into the team of your dreams!
We also still have a few quality Boer-cross show goat nannies that we breed for local and State 4-H and County Fair competitions, although we have "down-sized" that part of the business as we are emphasizing the horses and riders. Our Anatolian Shepherd guard dogs, King and Kong, remain on duty, although aging and getting slower (as are we!)
